In order for tenants to add Killam as a payee, search “Killam” and it will show up as “Killam Apartment REIT”. The account number is your tenant code (“t-code”, which is a 4 to 8-digit code, most start with a “t”). If you do not have a “t-code”, please contact your property manager to obtain.
