Dale joined Killam in 2006 and has 27 years of accounting, finance, investor relations and strategic planning experience. Prior to her appointment to CFO in 2017, Dale was the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Planning. ​​Before joining the team, she worked as an equity research analyst at Beacon Securities and in various accounting and finance roles at Emera Inc. Dale holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and CFA charter holder. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the United Way Halifax, the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) Foundation and Doors Open Halifax
