Mr. Lawley has over 40 years of experience in the multi-residential real estate sector, serving as the President and co-owner of Salters Gate Developments Limited. He has extensive experience in land acquisition, permitting, financing, and overseeing the design and construction of many multi-unit residential projects. Mr. Lawley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours in Finance from Dalhousie University. Mr. Lawley is actively engaged in various conservation and renewable energy initiatives. He serves on the Board of the Atlantic Salmon Conservation Foundation and the Atlantic Salmon Federation. Additionally, he is a Director of Renewable Energy Services Limited and Sustane Technologies Inc.
