Ms. MacIndoe has 30 years of professional experience, mostly in real estate and capital markets, and over 10 years of public board experience. She is currently also on the boards and audit committees of Northwest Healthcare REIT, DREAM Office REIT and DREAM Impact Trust. Prior to being on these boards, Ms. MacIndoe was a top-ranked Managing Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst at BMO Capital Markets. Ms. MacIndoe has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (graduated an Ivey Scholar) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary (graduated Honor Society).
