Margaret joined Killam in 2016 and has over 25 years construction experience, starting her career as a Structural Engineer and then working in the Hospitality Industry managing Capital Programs with the focus on revenue generation before joining Killam. Her first role at Killam was Project Manager of Unit Renovations and Design and her career has grown through her passion for the industry. As Vice President of Capital Projects, she is responsible for Killam’s Asset Management Program that would include all Capital Projects including Building Envelope, Mechanical Systems, Curb Appeal, and creation and design of the Unit Repositioning Program. Margaret’s educational background includes an Engineering Degree from Acadia University/TUNS, and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University.
