Each year, Killam surveys residents to better understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. In 2025, more than 4,200 residents across Atlantic Canada, British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario participated in our Tenant Survey, conducted by Narrative Research. Every comment and suggestion is reviewed by our team, and we continue to make changes based on residents’ feedback.
