Our Strategy
Killam’s long-term growth strategy is to increase funds from operations (FFO), net asset value (NAV) and create value for its stakeholders. It focuses on:
1. Increasing earnings from its existing portfolio.
2. Expanding the portfolio and diversifying geographically through accretive acquisitions, targeting newer properties and through dispositions of non-core assets.
3. Developing high-quality properties in its core markets.

Killam owns 268 properties, including 219 apartment properties, 40 manufactured home communities and 9 commercial properties. Killam has a total of 17,991 apartment units and 5,975 MHC units.
